Each RbDevOps application has its own subscription tiers and pricing structure. When we release additional products in the future, they will have separate subscriptions tailored to their features and use cases.
Your HM Praxis subscription only grants access to HM Praxis - it does not include other RbDevOps applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I reach the device limit?
You won't be able to activate new devices until you deactivate an existing one or upgrade to a plan with more device slots. You can manage devices from your licenses page.
How do I add teammates to my Pro plan?
From the Pro dashboard, send a sponsored invitation - the invitee receives Pro access in your app, and your subscription grows by one seat. Each seat is $39/month, billed on your next invoice (prorated for the days remaining in the current cycle).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, which supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. All subscriptions are billed monthly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - we offer a 14-day refund window on your most recent charge. Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 2 business days.
Is my data synced across devices?
Only on Pro plan. Basic and Trial plans work offline-only. To enable sync, upgrade to Pro and see our sync setup guide.
