After subscribing, you'll receive your license key. Download the desktop application for your platform:

• macOS Installation Guide

Open the application and enter your license key when prompted. The app will automatically activate and you're ready to go!

On first launch, HM Praxis walks you through a short setup so the app fits how you work:

• Choose your specialty from 23 options (general medicine, dentistry, pediatrics, cardiology, dermatology, physiotherapy, nutrition, and more). The app tailors its tools and record templates to your choice, and you can change it later in Settings.
• Name and brand your practice (practice name, logo, colors) so it appears on the dashboard and on printed invoices.
• If you are on a team, each clinician picks their own specialty, so a multi-specialty clinic shares one organization while everyone keeps the right workflow.

You're all set! The app works completely offline.

Explore the features:

• Add patients, schedule appointments, and write structured clinical records
• Track inventory and services, and invoice patients in your own currency
• Read your dashboard and reports for revenue, profit, and trends
• Invite your team and set up multi-device LAN sync (Pro plans)

HM Praxis keeps itself current with automatic in-app updates: when a new version is published, the app downloads and installs it for you, so you stay on the latest release without reinstalling.
